燃料气区调节系统隐患分析及优化措施

ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION OF FUEL GAS ZONE REGULATION SYSTEM

摘要: 苏里格第三天然气处理厂燃料气区经两级调压为压缩机提供平稳可靠的燃料气。天然气经调压系统节流后温度剧降,天然气水合物极易在节流通道内析出凝结,若调节系统冰堵将对下游压缩机平稳运行形成安全隐患,所以必须保证调压系统的安全性。在控制经费的情况下,对调节系统防冰堵措施进行优化论证,采用涡流先导燃气加热器(VPGH),可有效防止调节系统冰堵的发生,应密切关注化学剂表面改性技术的发展,同时建议在主副管线上将手动球阀改成气动球阀,加快切换速度。

Abstract: the third natural gas processing plant fuel gas by two primary pressure to provide stable and reliable fuel gas compressor. The gas pressure regulating system after throttling temperature drop,gas hydrate is easy to precipitate in the throttle channel setting,adjusting system of ice blockage to the downstream compressor running smoothly to form the hidden danger,so we must ensure the safety of the system pressure adjustment. In the case of funds control,anti ice block optimization and demonstration measures regulating system,using vortex pilot gas heater( VPGH),effectively prevent the occurrence of ice blockage regulation system,pay close attention to the development of chemical surface modificationtechnology,at the same time in general side pipeline manual ball valve into pneumatic ball valve,accelerate the switching speed.
