摘要： 事故应急救援预案是为了保障企业在遇到异常突发事件时能有效、迅速和准确地采取对策的一种方法,它遵循PDCA循环方式。企业根据自身的实际生产情况,预计可能发生的各种事故,制定好应急对策,其主要目的是将事故局部化,人员伤亡和财产损失最小化,并尽可能地消除或者降低对社会的影响。
关键词: 应急预案, 演练, 重要性
Abstract: The accident emergency rescue plan is a kind of method which can ensure the enterprise to take measures effectively,quickly and accurately to protect it in the event of unexpected emergencies. It follows the PDCA cycle. According to the actual production situation of the enterprise,emergency countermeasures are formulated to deal with all kinds of possible accidents with the objective of localizing the accidents,minimizing the casualties and property losses and eliminating or reducing the impacts on society as much as possible.
