基于JHA-事故树分析法的乙炔气柜火灾爆炸风险分析

EXPLOSION RISK ANALYSIS ON ACETYLENE GAS HOLDER BASED ON JHA AND FTA

摘要: 为了控制乙炔气柜巡检维修作业活动中存在的火灾爆炸风险,采用JHA-事故树分析法,即首先通过工作危害分析将乙炔气柜的作业活动按设备结构进行划分,其次根据分析结果制定出相应的隐患排查标准,并绘制出乙炔气柜火灾爆炸的事故树,最后依据事故树得到的最小径集确定基本事件的结构重要度。采用JHA-事故树分析法,既能解决事故树分析法的建树过程复杂和容易出现遗漏的问题,又能做出系统的准确的风险分析,可以提高工作效率,为企业的安全管理提供新的思路。

Abstract: In order to control the risk of fire and explosion in the inspection and maintenance activities of acetylene gas holder,job hazard analysis( JHA) and fault tree analysis( FTA) methods are adopted. Firstly,job activities of acetylene gas holder are divided according to the structure of the equipment based on job hazard analysis. And then corresponding standard of hidden danger investigation is formulated according to the analysis results and the fault tree for fire and explosion of acetylene gas holder is drawn. Finally,the structure importance of the basic event is determined according to the minimal path sets obtained from the fault tree analysis. The adoption of JHA-FTA methods can not only avoid the complicated process and omissions of fault tree analysis,but also make a systematic and accurate risk analysis and improve the work efficiency. This provides a new mode of thinking for the safety management of enterprises.
