Abstract: Liaohe Oilfield is the largest heavy oil production base in China. The output of heavy oil accounts for more than 60% of the total output, and the water content of heavy oil produced fluid reaches more than 70%. The daily output of sewage is large, and the treatment is difficult. In order to effectively improve the quality of conventional treatment of heavy oil sewage, this paper put forward the quality control measures of “subsection control and subsection compliance” according to the characteristics of conventional treatment process of heavy oil sewage and combining with the production status. It studied the setting principles of quality control points, analyzed the factors influencing each index of quality control, and formulated quality control points and corresponding management measures scientifically. These have ensured the smooth operation of the conventional treatment process of heavy oil sewage and improved the quality management of sewage treatment process.
