Abstract:  Installing and operating online monitoring systems for oil and gas recovery at gas stations makes it possible to realize real-time, continuous, automated, unaffected operation, and timely detection of problems in the operation of the oil and gas recovery system. However, the unstable data from the frequent occurrence of gas-liquid ratio and other common faults have brought new difficulties. Analyzing the faults and mastering the solutions can make the equipment operate more efficiently for a longer period of time and reduce the pollution caused by oil and gas volatilization to a greater extent. Therefore, this paper puts forward suggestions on several common faults and treatment methods of online monitoring systems, hoping to bring help to the daily operation of gas stations.
