Abstract: VOCS fugitive emissions have received increasing attention from petrochemical enterprises as increasingly stringent environmental regulations are implemented. LDAR technology is a common means to reduce leakage. ?During the initial commissioning phase of petrochemical plants, enterprises must establish a seal point register and based on this register, establish an LDAR register to enable leakage monitoring. Manual statistics for seal point registers are highly labor-intensive; developing an automated seal point register aggregation tool via computer systems can significantly reduce man-hours and improve operational efficiency for maintenance enterprises.
