Abstract

Abstract: Due to the on-site inspection management issues in petroleum enterprises, this paper analyzes the current situation and proposes a series of optimization measures to improve the efficiency and quality of on-site inspection. These measures include optimizing inspection plans, strengthening personnel management and supervision and reinforcing mechanisms. The implementation of these measures will help provide reference for the healthy development of petroleum enterprises.
