Abstract: This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of subcontractor safety management, the difficulties and weaknesses of subcontractor management in refining and chemical engineering projects. According to the characteristics of the refinery projects and combined with the current situation of social resources and human resources of subcontractors, some measures for the management of refining and chemical subcontractors are proposed, aiming to improve the safety management level of subcontractors of refining and chemical engineering projects.
