Study on Systematic Scientific Method for Accident Prevention Based on Dual Mechanism

Abstract: With the continuous innovation of science and technology, the rapid development of society and the growing expansion of human living areas, the production and operation equipment in various industries are constantly showing a trend of complexity and large-scale development. Because of the increasing vulnerability of complex systems, more and more factors can lead to accidents and the increasing probability of accidents, which aggravates the risk of catastrophic disasters out of control. The trend of large-scale installations or projects in petrochemical enterprises and the concentration of population around the enterprises is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, once an accident occurs, the consequences of the accident become more serious. It is an important means to curb the occurrence of serious accidents by adopting the systematic dual prevention mechanism of risk classification and control and hidden danger investigation, thus turning the traditional accident prevention into the dual prevention mechanism based on the system. This is of great significance for the effective control and management of risks in the petrochemical industry.
