Abstract: In order to reduce the incidence of accidents during the inspection and maintenance activities of petrochemical enterprises, strengthen safety risk control, master the effective use of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method, and improve the enterprise safety management, this paper takes the technical renovation project of an internal floating roof storage tank in a large petroleum storage and transportation enterprise as an example to conduct a job safety analysis. It summarizes several common issues of job safety analysis tools and puts forward some corresponding suggestions and measures. This can provide certain reference for frontline safety management workers in the petrochemical industry.
