Abstract: In view of the fact that the influence of pressure loss on the safety of chemical containment vessel under internal pressure environment cannot be ignored, this project intends to study the safety of chemical containment structures from the perspective of structural mechanics under the pressures of 4 and 6 years of the design reference cycle. ABAQUS numerical simulation technology is adopted to simulate the three-dimensional fine numerical simulation of large vessels, and the mechanical behavior of lining yield, prestressed steel yield and concrete crack propagation are simulated. After considering the prestress, the internal pressure load that the container can bear is reduced in the case of crack and liner failure. Under the critical pressure, the deformation of the vessel shows the external expansion of the vault and the internal expansion of the vault.
