Abstract: In accordance with the "678" regulatory ideas (six dual ones, seven strict governance, and eight parties guarantee), a petrochemical enterprise implements "3+3" safety grid supervision, strengthens various work related to safety supervision for overhaul and revamp and clarifies relevant management processes and responsibilities. By setting the grid, appointing personnel and assigning responsibilities, the enterprise ensures that the management responsibility is assigned comprehensively and builds a management network of "risk to point, point to personnel, and risk avoidance of person". It further strengthens the safety supervision responsibilities of the territorial units, construction units, and team members, and forms a work pattern of "network in the field, grid in the network, setting personnel in the grid, and responsibility for everyone ". This ensures the safety of maintenance and revamp and achieves the goal of "safe, green, and timely recovery of all devices in the plant, and opening up the entire process".
