Abstract: In recent years, the control of VOCs in the petrochemical industry has become a key focus of national environmental protection departments. Therefore, PetroChina has included the effectiveness of VOCs governance in its refining and chemical enterprises in its key environmental inspection and assessment indicators. Due to the relatively late introduction of VOCs governance design specifications and related standards in refining enterprises, different processes are used for VOCs governance in refining enterprises and the governance effects vary. This paper conducts research and analysis on the VOCs treatment process of a petrochemical enterprise's wastewater treatment plant and proposes corresponding improvement measures and suggestions. This provides technical support for the application of VOCs treatment process in the wastewater treatment plant of refining enterprises.
