Abstract: By comparing the working principles of several sets of oil and gas recovery units, this paper proposes that the absorption process is at the core of the oil and gas recovery unit according to the law of conservation of mass, and its absorption efficiency plays a decisive role in whether the oil and gas recovery can operate normally. From the analysis, it is found that in the absorption process, the main factors affecting the absorption efficiency are the absorption liquid, gas-liquid ratio, and the temperature of the absorption liquid. Through optimizing the absorbent, controlling the temperature of the absorption liquid and optimizing the absorption process, the absorption efficiency can be improved comprehensively, which can provide guarantee for smooth oil and gas recovery and gas discharge up to standard.
