Abstract: The interval of a company’s device overhaul has been gradually extended from three years to four years or longer, so the previous HSE security system for device overhaul can no longer adapt to the development of the situation well. In order to deal with such change, the company has carried out a series of dynamic optimization programs including making good deployment of the program before the major overhaul; improving the quality of safe delivery, increasing the depth of prefabrication and avoiding cross operation; improving the intermediate process monitoring and acceptance to ensure the construction quality; controlling the quality of material procurement strictly; and promoting the standardization of on-site management vigorously with a view to laying a solid foundation for achieving overall control of safety and environmental protection.
