摘要: 为提高科研单位的HSE风险管理水平,降低科研实验过程中的风险,以某科研单位为例,通过运用风险评价工具,从危险化学品的库房储存、装置的火灾爆炸危险性、工艺过程和作业环境四个方面,定性定量分析了科研实验过程中所面临的风险,并提出了提高风险管理相应的对策措施。

Abstract: In order to improve the HSE risk management level of scientific research units and reduce risks in the process of scientific research,this paper takes certain scientific research unit as an example.It makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis on the risks faced in the process of scientific research and production through adopting risk assessment tools from four aspects including the storage of dangerous chemicals,fire and explosion hazard of the device,process engineering and operating environment.Then the paper puts forward corresponding measures to improve risk management.
