Abstract: By adopting mechanical cleaning,torque fastening,overhead working truck and so on,the level of maintenance technology and equipment has been improved continuously to pursue the intrinsic safety;the construction quality is ensured by improving the intermediate process monitoring acceptance;the onsite standardizing level is upgraded by improving standardization management;the overall safety and environmental protection is under control by creating good overhaul environment;many measures are taken simultaneously to strengthen the on-site management during overhaul.These fruitful measures are profound and effective for the construction of HSE assurance system during device overhaul.They are well worth popularizing in similar companies.
