UPGRADING AND REVAMP OF STEAM SUPERHEATER IN STYRENE PLANT FOR MEETING NO_X EMISSION STANDARD

摘要: 为满足《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31571—2015)对工艺加热炉排放烟气中氮氧化物≤100 mg/Nm3特别排放限值要求,需对蒸汽过热炉进行达标升级改造。通过分析氮氧化物形成机理,对比各类降低氮氧化物的技术,综合考虑经济性和装置实际,最终确定采用约翰新科COOL STAR系列超低氮燃烧器来实现降低NOx的目标。通过低氮燃烧器改造和加热炉主要工艺参数的优化调整,加热炉烟气中NOx、CO、颗粒物排放浓度全面达到GB 31571—2015特别排放限值要求。过热炉炉膛和炉顶的温度分布更加均匀,热效率

Abstract: According to the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Chemistry Industry( GB31571—2015) in which the special emission limits of NO_x emission in the flue gas discharged from the heater shall be lower than 100 mg/Nm3,the steam superheater is subject to upgrading and revamp to meet the standard. By analyzing the NO_x formation mechanism,comparing different technologies of NO_x control,and considering the economical efficiency and practical conditions, COOL STAR low NO_x burner from Johzink-Hamworthy Company is finally adopted to reduce NO_x concentration. Through revamp of low-NO_x burner and optimization and adjustment of main process parameters of the heater,the emission concentration of NO_x,CO and particles in the flue gas from the heater have met the special emission limits in the GB31571—2015 standard. The temperature distribution of the furnace and top of the superheater is more uniform; the heat efficiency is improved by 0. 6%;320 ~ 480 tons of natural gas consumption is saved per year,which have laid a good basis for the long-term stable operation of the superheater and pollutant discharge under certain standard.
