摘要: 中部某大型炼化企业 17 号罐区某台减压渣油储罐罐底发生泄漏,为详细掌握储罐底腐蚀穿孔原因,采取有效防护措施降低储罐腐蚀泄漏风险。本文以减压渣油罐罐底腐蚀为例,详细分析了造成储罐罐底点腐蚀穿孔产生机理及诸多原因,并有的放矢地提出了具体防护对策,以提高储罐的安全运行水平。

Abstract: Leakage occurred at the bottom of a vacuum residue tank in Tank Farm No.17 of a large refining and chemical company in central China. To clarify the causes of corrosion perforation at the tank bottom and adopt effective protection measures to reduce the risk of corrosion-induced leakage, this paper takes the bottom corrosion of vacuum residue tanks as the research object and elaborates on the mechanism and various causes for pitting corrosion and perforation at the tank bottom. Then it puts forward targeted protective countermeasures so as to improve the safe operation of storage tanks.
