Abstract: With the development of economy and the progress of society, environmental protection has become more and more important, and the standards of industrial pollutant discharge in China have been further stringent. Taking the VOCs treatment project in storage tank area of a petrochemical company as an example, this paper analyzes the process flow of storage tank anti-corrosion engineering construction. It finds out the health, safety and environment risks existing in the anti-corrosion construction of large-scale storage tanks, and puts forward corresponding prevention and control measures. This paper can provide a basis for the construction scheme design and HSE operation plan preparation of similar engineering projects, and reduce the risk of production safety accidents and occupational health risks.
