摘要: 主要介绍了丙烯酸装置伴热系统的运行现状及存在问题,探讨分析装置低温热利用优化改造的可行性,可通过优化改造热水及凝液系统现场工艺流程,从而解决装置热水系统伴热结垢堵塞及凝液系统水击问题,消除现场安全隐患,达到节能减排的目的。

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the operation status and problems of the tracing system in acrylic acid plant. It discusses and analyzes the feasibility of optimization revamp of low temperature heat utilization of the plant. Through optimization revamp of the on-site process flow of hot water system and condensate system, the problems of tracing fouling and blockage in the hot water system and water hammer in the condensate system of the device are solved. This can eliminate the on-site safety hazards and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.
