摘要: 数字化培训凭借互联网技术,使得参训对象的范围可触及到企业全员、地域和时间选择灵活、数字化培训资源更加多样、大大减少培训成本等优势,已成为企业培训的新赛道。新赛道的基础是数字化培训项目学习平台载体功能的合理规划利用,在数字化培训项目管理上一定要有系统思维流程,包括设计的整体性、运营契合性、“数智化”数据分析的客观性和商务价格合理性。最后分享一个成功承办过的数字化安全培训项目。

Abstract: Digital training has become a new track of corporate training with the help of Internet technology, which has advantages such as flexible geographical and time selection and more diversified digital training resources. It provides every member of the enterprise the access to learning and reduces training costs greatly. The foundation of the new track is the rational planning and utilization of the carrier function of the digital training project learning platform. There must be a systematic thinking process in the management of the digital training project, including the integrity of the design, the consistency of the operation, the objectivity of the "digital intelligence" data analysis and the rationality of the business price. Finally, this paper shares a successful digital safety training project.
