摘要: DCS 自动化控制作为自动化控制最为重要的技术,极大推动了化工行业的发展。DCS 控制系统在化工产品中的应用已是必然趋势,能大大加速国内化工行业的发展步伐,有效保障化工生产运行的安全性,降低生产能耗。重点探讨了DCS 自动化控制系统在组合聚醚生产中的应用问题以及发展趋势,为相关化工企业的自动化转型提供参考。

Abstract: As the most important technology of automation control, the DCS automatic control has greatly promoted the development of the chemical industry. The application of the DCS control system in chemical products is an inevitable trend, which can considerably accelerate the development of domestic chemical industry, ensure the safety of chemical production operation effectively, and reduce energy consumption in production. This paper focuses on the application problems and development trends of the DCS automation control system in the production of compound polyether, and provides reference for the automation transformation of related chemical companies.
