Application of IMC Process in the Treatment of Coal Chemical Wastewater

摘要: 现代煤化工是一个高耗水行业,并产生大量废水。其废水 COD、氨氮、酚类等浓度高, 是当前最难处理的工业废水之一。IMC 是一种多段短程硝化与反硝化工艺技术,具有抗冲击能力强、 自动化程度高、运行成本低等特点,适用于处理煤化工废水。陕西某项目煤化工废水处理基于 IMC 的 工艺特性并优化设计,在实际应用中 IMC 工艺对 COD 的去除率大于 95%,BOD 的去除率约为 97%, 氨氮的去除率大于 99%,总氮的去除率大于 96%,保证煤化工废水出水质达标排放,处理后产物为 CO2 和 N2,不产生二次污染。

Abstract: Modern coal chemical industry is a high water-consuming industry and produces a large amount of wastewater. IMC is a multi-stage short-range nitrification and denitrification process technology characterized by strong shock resistance, high degree of automation and low operating costs, which is suitable for treating coal chemical wastewater. Based on the process characteristics and optimized design of IMC, the removal rates of COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen by IMC process in practical application in the coal chemical wastewater treatment of certain project in Shaanxi were greater than 95%, 97%, 99% and 96% respectively. This can ensure that the coal chemical wastewater effluent meets the discharge standards. The treated products are CO2 and N2 and no secondary pollution is generated.
