下吹式热氢汽提在连续液相柴油加氢装置停工 中的应用

Application of Down-blowing Hot Hydrogen Stripping in Shutdown of Continuous Liquid-phase Diesel Hydrogenation Unit

摘要: 针对安庆石化分公司连续液相柴油加氢装置上流式反应器,在停工热氢汽提结束后反应 器底部管线仍然存在大量凝缩油,给装置现场带来非常大的环保和安全隐患问题。分析了上流式反应 器在停工过程的局限性,在总结过去停工检修经验教训的基础上,大胆提出下吹式热氢汽提的工艺解 决方案,方案详细的给出了下吹式操作流程、操作步骤、操作难点及应对措施,在2019 年装置大检修 停工时实施,实施结果表明:采用下吹式热氢汽提流程彻底解决了反应器底部残存凝缩油的问题,装 置真正实现了绿色、环保停工。

Abstract: Plenty of condensate still existed in the bottom pipeline of the up-flowing reactor of the continuous liquid-phase diesel hydrogenation plant of Anqing Petrochemical Company after the shutdown of the hot hydrogen stripping. This has brought great environmental and safety hazards to the plant site. Aiming at such problem, this paper analyzed the limitations of the up-flowing reactor in the process of shutdown. Based on the lessons drawn from the past shutdown maintenance, a down-blowing hot hydrogen stripping process solution was proposed boldly. The proposal provided the detailed operation flow, operation steps, operation difficulties and countermeasures of the down-blowing type, which was implemented during the plant overhaul shutdown in 2019.
