摘要: 石油化工行业的生产过程中极易产生爆炸风险,同时又往往存在复杂的腐蚀性环境。因 此必须加强石油化工生产建筑中的防腐防爆设计,保障生产的安全性。在工业厂房中,地面是供人员 行走和设备操作的区域,产生摩擦、接触最频繁,地面也是产生静电导流的重要构件,而静电又是产 生爆炸的重要因素。因此,应把地面防腐防爆作为建筑设计重点。对目前石油化工生产建筑中,关于 地面的防腐防爆设计进行了分析研究,探索了设计工作中出现的问题,并探讨了相关解决处理措施。

Abstract: The production process of the petrochemical industry is prone to explosion risks, and there are often complex corrosive environments. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the explosion-proof and anti-corrosion design of buildings in the petrochemical industry to ensure safety in production. In industrial plants, the ground is the area for people to walk and operate equipment, so friction and contact are the most frequent; the ground is an important component that generates static electricity diversion, and static electricity is the necessary condition for explosions. Therefore, design for building should focus on ground anti-corrosion and explosion protection. This paper analyzed and studied the anti-corrosion and explosion-proof design of the ground in the current petrochemical production buildings, explored the problems in the design work, and discussed the related solutions and treatment measures.
