摘要: 由于蒽醌法具有自动化程度最高、耗能低、原料简便易得的特点而得到广泛应用和发展, 目前我国过氧化氢已全部使用蒽醌法生产装置生产。同时也因原料、产品和生产过程都具有很高的危险 性而引发了许多火灾爆炸事故,造成了严重的后果。结合近几年国内发生的典型过氧化氢生产火灾爆炸 事故,从蒽醌法生产过氧化氢的基本原理出发,重点分析了生产工艺、原料、产品及其生产过程的主要 危险特性,提出了相应的安全防治措施,以期能够为过氧化氢生产企业安全生产提供一些有益的参考。

Abstract: The anthraquinone method has been widely used and developed due to its highest degree of automation, low energy consumption, and easy availability of raw materials. At present, hydrogen peroxide in our country has been produced by anthraquinone method production equipment. Meanwhile, many fire and explosion accidents have occurred due to the high risks of raw materials, products and production processes, resulting in serious consequences. Combining with the typical domestic fire and explosion accidents in hydrogen peroxide production in recent years and based on the basic principles of hydrogen peroxide production by anthraquinone method, this paper focused on analyzing the main hazard characteristics of the production technology, raw materials, products and production process. It put forward the corresponding safety control measures so as to provide some useful references for hydrogen peroxide production enterprises.
