摘要: 液化石油气槽车装卸过程中发生泄漏时,极易造成爆炸及火灾事故,对环境和人体健康 造成极大危害,也给应急救援处置带来很大的困难。为切实提高此类突发事件应急处置水平,结合液 化石油气槽车装卸典型事故案例,实地调研相关装卸栈台等场所,对液化气槽车基本结构、装卸流程、 事故风险、处置对策、注意事项等方面进行剖析,提出相关应急处置对策,供消防救援队伍及相关单 位处置同类事故参考借鉴。

Abstract: When the LPG tank truck leaks during the loading and unloading process, it is very easy to result in explosion and fire accidents. This may cause great harm to the environment and human health, and also bring great difficulties to emergency rescue and disposal. In order to improve the emergency response to such emergencies effectively, this paper combines with typical cases of LPG tank truck loading and unloading and conducts field investigations on relevant loading and unloading platforms and other places. The paper analyzes the basic structure, loading and unloading procedures, accident risks, handling countermeasures, precautions and other aspects. It proposes the relevant emergency response countermeasures which provide reference for fire rescue teams and related units in handling similar accidents.
