摘要: 在我国能源转型过程中,天然气扮演着重要的角色,随着能源清洁化以及我国部分地区 煤改气的推进,天然气消耗量迅猛增长。面对我国自产LNG 不足的局面,近年来沿海地区接收站建设 如火如荼,以便于LNG 进口。作为LNG 接收站的主要介质,天然气挥发性极强,泄漏易形成爆炸性 气云,另外低温LNG 泄漏也可能造成作业人员冻伤等问题。为了进一步分析、预测LNG 接收站泄漏 事故的影响,以国内某液化天然气接收站为例,结合实际自然条件、操作条件,对不同单元和设备进 行了泄漏分析。在此基础上,对LNG 接收站的建设、安全设施设计等方面提出了建议。

Abstract: Natural gas plays a key role in energy transition of China, and the consumption of natural gas increases rapidly with the promotion of clean energy and transition from coal to gas in some areas in our country. Facing the problem of insufficient self-produced LNG, construction of receiving stations in coastal areas has been in full swing in recent years to facilitate the import of LNG. As the main medium of LNG receiving stations, natural gas is extremely volatile and easy to form explosive gas cloud when leaking. In addition, leakage of low-temperature LNG may also cause frostbite hazard to operators. In order to further understand and predict the impacts of leakage accidents in LNG receiving stations, this paper takes one domestic LNG receiving station as an example and analyzes LNG leakage of different units and equipment under different conditions. On this basis, the paper presents suggestions on the construction of LNG receiving stations and the design of safety facilities.
