摘要: 2016 年独山子石化公司乙烯二联合车间裂解装置4 号裂解炉(10-F-104)通过预热器加 热后的空气与FG 燃烧,给进料(NAP)加热,通过辐射段、对流段提供不同温度级别热量,未被利用 的少量残余热量通过烟囱排向大气。燃烧烟气中氮氧化合物值在130 mg/m3 以上,对大气造成较为严 重的污染。通过分析调节,采取相对应的措施,降低了裂解炉NOX 值,减少了对大气的污染。

Abstract: The air heated by the preheater in the 4 # cracking furnace (10-F-104) in the cracking device of Ethylene Plant No. 2 Joint Workshop of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company burnt with FG to heat feed (NAP) in 2016. Heat at different temperature levels was supplied through radiant and convection sections. A small amount of unused residual heat was discharged into the atmosphere through chimney. The value of nitrogen oxides in combustion flue gas was over 130 mg/m, which caused serious air pollution. Through analysis and adjustment, corresponding measures were taken to lower NOX value of the cracking furnace and reduce air pollution.
