摘要: 工艺危害分析属于过程安全管理的12 项要素之一,受到国内外危险化学品生产经营管理 企业的重视。基于长期在工艺危害分析领域的经验结合其他分析平台的功能,自主开发了过程危害分 析先驱软件(Advanced-PHA),并在装置分析过程中得到充分应用。通过应用Advanced-PHA 软件对某 企业甲醇制氢装置的HAZOP 和保护层分析(Layer of Protection Analysis,LOPA),介绍该软件的功能。

Abstract: Process hazard analysis is one of the twelve elements of process safety management, which has received the attention of the companies engaged in production, operation and management of hazardous chemicals at home and abroad. Based on the long-term experience in the field of process hazard analysis and the functions of other analysis platforms, the self-developed Advanced-PHA software has been fully applied in the process of device analysis. The functions of the Advanced-PHA software are introduced through the application example of HAZOP (hazard and operability study) and LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis) in the hydrogen methanol cracking plant of certain company.
