Abstract: Due to the characteristics of high risks in the production process of petroleum engineering, it has been difficult to get rid of the troubles of safety accidents whether during the traditional management period or at present after the introduction of advanced safety management systems. SINOPEC Huadong Oilfield Service Corporation has done a lot of careful work in safety management, and the level and frequency of accidents have been greatly reduced. The fundamental reason is to improve the conditions of safety production.
