摘要: 在市场拓展过程中老牌仓储库区总是会因为工艺局限造成自身发展瓶颈,加之如今危险 化学品市场波动剧烈,只有积极进行工艺的升级改造,才能适应市场发展需求。本项目主要针对易自 聚的乙烯基类危险化学品仓储特点进行最经济的改造,增加外部冷循环和氮封系统,确保该类危险化 学品的仓储安全|同时对仓储罐区装卸作业无法避免的废水、废气进行集中处理,形成一整套兼具经 济性、便捷性、安全性、环保性为一体的仓储作业系统,具有较高的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract: In the process of market expansion, old warehousing and storage areas always hit bottlenecks due to technology process limitations. In addition, the hazardous chemicals market fluctuates greatly at present. Active process upgrading and transformation of the old warehousing and storage areas must be carried out in order to adapt to market development needs. Aiming at the autopolymerization-prone warehousing and storage characteristics of vinyl hazardous chemicals, this project provided the most economical transformation plan. External cold circulation and nitrogen sealing system were added to ensure the warehousing and storage safety of such hazardous chemicals| meanwhile, aiming at the unavoidable waste water and waste gas during the loading and unloading operation at the warehousing and storage areas, centralized treatment was adopted. Thus a complete set of warehousing and storage operating system that combines economical efficiency, convenience, safety and environmental protection was formed. And this system is of high social and economic benefits
