钻井岩屑资源化处理技术在川西地区超深井的实践

Practice of Drilling Debris Reutilization Treatment Technology in Ultra-Deep Wells in Western Sichuan

摘要: 2017 年以前,川渝地区传统钻井清洁生产主要采用实时固化填埋技术对钻井岩屑进行处理,该技术占地大,填埋池抗风险能力弱,无法实现废弃物的最终处置,环保风险较大。2017 年,川庆钻探公司为持续推动钻井清洁生产工作,按照“少产生、再利用、零排放”的总体思路,真正实现钻井岩屑资源化利用目标,在川西地区超深井开展了钻井岩屑资源化利用技术应用。截止目前,采用该技术共处理钻井岩屑5.86 万m3,烧制砖块2 640 万匹,实现100% 资源化利用,烧制的砖块符合相关标准要求,证明了该项技术和处理模式的可行性,为今后四川地区的规模化应用提供了技术保障。

Abstract: Before 2017, clean production of traditional drilling in Sichuan and Chongqing area mainly adopted real-time solidified landfill technology to treat drilling debris. To adopt this technology, large areas are needed. The anti-risk ability of landfill pools is weak. The final disposal of wastes cannot be realized. There are high environmental risks. In 2017, in order to promote clean production of drilling continuously, Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Company Limited carried out the application of reutilization technology of drilling debris in ultra-deep wells in Western Sichuan and truly realized the goal of reutilization of drilling debris in accordance with the general idea of “less production, reutilization and zero emissions”. Up to now, this technology has been used to treat 58600 cubic meters of drilling debris and 26.4 million bricks have been fired, achieving 100% reutilization of resources. The fired bricks met the requirements of relevant standards. This proved the feasibility of the technology and the treatment mode and provided technical guarantee for the large-scale application of this technology in Sichuan in the future.
