Abstract: Aiming at the new features and new situation of on-site HSSE management work, specific HSSE inspector management mode involving professional inspector, special inspector and PDCA cycle closedloop management is put forward after active exploration in No. 3 Oil Production Factory. Professional inspector and special inspector are assigned to work on direct operation link, contractor management, risk control and hidden dangers investigation. PDCA closed-loop management of on-site inspection is realized. Through setting up and implementing responsibility system, improving job and department responsibilities, duties fulfillment of on-site management is achieved.
