摘要: 苯、甲苯、二甲苯为有毒物品。根据中石化对苯类储罐VOCs 治理的部署,提出了苯类储罐的改造方案和油气回收装置工艺路线的选择方式。该项目投用后,储罐内油气做到全密闭回收,油气回收装置无人值守,尾气达标排放,减少了介质的蒸发损耗,提高了罐区的本质安全度,改善了罐区的空气质量,有利于员工的身体健康。

Abstract: Benzene, toluene and xylene are toxic substances. According to the deployment of Sinopec, the VOCs of benzene storage tanks should be treated. This paper proposes the transformation plan for benzene storage tanks and the selection of process routes for oil vapor recovery device. After the project is put into use, the oil vapor in the storage tank is fully sealed for recovery and the oil vapor recovery device is in unattended operation, and the exhaust gas reaches the standard discharge. This reduces the evaporation loss of the medium, enhances the intrinsic safety of the tank area and improves the air quality of the tank area. It is conducive to the health of employees.
