摘要: 由于受酸性气量和组成变化的干扰、以及测量仪表和调节阀故障率高的影响,硫磺回收装置的自控率较低。操作工精心操作,也仅能维持装置的安全运行,根本谈不上优化操作。采用传统APC 技术,不仅项目费用高,而且长期使用效果不理想。如何提高硫黄回收装置的自动化控制水平,是石化行业一个亟待解决的难题。

Abstract: The automatic control rate of sulfur recovery unit is comparatively low due to the interference by acid gas volume and variable composition, as well as the impact of high failure rate of gauges and control valves. The frequent adjustments made by the operators can only maintain the safe running of the unit, which is far from optimal operation. The adoption of traditional APC technology would increase the project cost and result in unsatisfactory effects in long term. Therefore, how to improve the automatic control quality of sulfur recovery unit is an urgent problem to be solved in petrochemical industry.
