大型LNG 码头消防系统及问题分析

摘要: LNG 码头设备管道发生泄漏、船舶突遇恶劣天气发生碰撞、人员操作失误时,会导致 LNG、船用燃料油大量泄漏,造成环境污染、火灾爆炸事故。事故发生后,能否迅速有效启动应急消防 系统,对控制事故起着关键性的作用。以中石化某大型LNG 码头为例,介绍了LNG 码头消防系统,对 运行过程中存在的消防炮转动故障、自动设施问题进行了分析及整改,以保障消防系统运行达到最优。

Abstract: Leakage of equipment pipeline in LNG wharf, collision of ship accidents in bad weather and personnel operational errors will lead to substantial leakage of LNG and bunker fuel which may result in environmental pollution, fire and explosion accidents. After the accident occurs, whether the emergency firefighting system can be activated quickly and effectively or not plays a key role in controlling the accident. Taking a large LNG wharf of Sinopec as an example, this paper introduces the firefighting system of LNG wharf. It analyzes the problems in the rotational failure of fire monitor and automatic facilities in the operation process and rectifies the problems so as to ensure the optimal operation of the firefighting system.
