冷焦水罐废气治理与改进措施分析

摘要: 焦化装置冷焦水系统设有3个冷焦水罐和1个含硫污水罐,向周边环境不间断地排放VOCS 恶臭气体,尤其在焦炭塔冷焦阶段,周边异味严重,污染环境,对职工身体健康造成危害。本文主要分析了延迟焦化生产工艺及VOCS气体产生的原因,并对VOCS治理现状进行梳理。在不改变原冷焦流程的基础上,通过技术改造,采用罐顶气回收至低压瓦斯系统的技术,实现了罐顶VOCS气体的密闭治理,从根本上解决了VOCS气体的无组织排放问题。

Abstract: The coke quench water system of the coking unit comprises three coke quench water tanks and one sulfur-containing wastewater tank. It continuously emits VOCS and odorous gases into the surrounding environment, particularly during the coke quenching stage of the coke drum. This results in severe ambient odors, environmental pollution and adverse impacts on the health of workers. ?This paper mainly analyzes the delayed coking process and the causes of VOCS emissions and the current status of VOCS treatment. Without altering the original coke quench process, technical modification was implemented by recovering tank top gas into low-pressure fuel gas, achieving enclosed treatment of VOCS, thereby eliminating fugitive VOCS discharge at its source.
