环管输送环氧乙烷工程应用分析

摘要: 环氧乙烷(EO)是重要的化工原料,传统槽车公路运输存在诸多安全风险。通过管道运输环氧乙烷在输送的安全性、效率和稳定性等方面具有显著优势。本文从安全性、一次性投资以及操作便捷性等方面综合对比常用的三种环氧乙烷管输方案,针对长距离环氧乙烷管输,优先选用环管输送方案。结合环氧乙烷介质特性,详细阐述了环氧乙烷环管输送的温度控制方案和安全措施,解决了环氧乙烷长距离管输的工程设计难题。

Abstract: Ethylene Oxide (EO) is an important chemical raw material and traditional tank truck road transportation poses significant safety risks. Ethylene oxide piping transport offers substantial advantages in terms of safety, efficiency and stability. This paper first conducts a comprehensive comparison of three commonly used EO piping transport schemes from the perspectives of safety, one-time investment and operational convenience. For long-distance ethylene oxide piping transport, the loop piping transport scheme is prioritized. The paper then elaborates on the temperature control and safety measures for EO loop piping transport, addressing the engineering design challenges of long-distance EO piping transport based on ?the ethylene oxide properties.
