摘要: 石油化工项目因建筑形态多样、地质条件复杂、施工挑战大,存在诸多安全风险。本文以舟山石化二期工程为研究对象,探索网格化管理的应用:细分管理目标为网格单元,成立专属服务小组,结合信息技术搭建配套安全管理信息系统,构建横向到边、纵向到底的精细化管理新模式。剖析其运作机理与优势后得出结论:该模式能为项目提供系统化管理方法,有效提升风险响应速度与处理效能,适配行业安全管理需求。

Abstract: Petrochemical projects present numerous safety risks due to diverse building configurations, complex geological conditions and significant construction challenges. Taking the second phase of Zhoushan Petrochemical Project as the research object, this paper explores the application of grid-based management: dividing management objectives into grid units, establishing dedicated grid service teams, building a supporting safety management information system with information technology and constructing a new model of refined management with comprehensive vertical and horizontal coverage. After analyzing its operational mechanism and advantages, it is concluded that this model can provide a systematic management method for projects, effectively improving the response speed and handling efficiency of risks in petrochemical industry and meeting the industry safety management requirements.
