摘要: 为适应熔盐吸收器用 N06625 壁厚减薄的应用趋势,通过成分设计及制造工艺研究,开展了熔盐吸收器用超薄 N06625 合金管试制。对试制的 N06625 合金管化学成分、力学性能、工艺性能、腐蚀性能、尺寸精度等进行了检验检测。结果表面:试制的 N06625 合金管各项指标达到设计要求,综合性能优异,具有显著的工业应用潜力。其超薄特性大幅降低了材料成本,具备突出的经济性优势。这一技术突破将有效推动塔式太阳能电站的规模化推广,同时可为石化、钢铁等高耗能行业提供绿色热能和电力解决方案。

Abstract: To adapt to the application trend of wall thickness reduction in N06625 for molten salt absorbers, the trial production of ultra-thin N06625 alloy tubes for molten salt absorbers was carried out through composition design and manufacturing process research. The chemical composition, mechanical properties, technological properties, corrosion resistance and dimensional accuracy of the trial-produced N06625 alloy tubes were inspected and tested. The results indicate that all the indicators of the trial-produced N06625 alloy tubes meet the design requirements, exhibit excellent overall performance and demonstrate substantial potential for industrial application. ?Its ultra-thin characteristic significantly reduces material costs, offering substantial economic advantages. This technological breakthrough will effectively promote the large-scale adoption of tower solar thermal power stations, while providing green thermal and electrical energy solutions for petrochemical, iron and steel, and other energy-intensive industries.
