炼化企业红外成像检测技术应用分析

摘要: 红外成像检测技术是泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)工作的一种辅助检测手段,常规应用包括辅助检测不可达点、保障现场检测安全和观察油气泄漏情况。某公司积极拓展红外成像技术应用范围,包括观测设备保温效果、观测设备偏流情况、观测设备运行状态、观测容器液位变化、协助突发事件处理和参与政府环保督促。上述举措充分合理地使用了红外成像检测技术,保障了企业安全平稳生产,可供同行业企业参考借鉴。

Abstract: Infrared imaging detection technology is a kind of auxiliary detection means for leak detection and repair (LDAR) work. The routine application includes auxiliary detection of inaccessible points, ensuring on-site detection safety and observing oil and gas leakage. A company actively expands the application range of infrared imaging technology including observation of equipment insulation effect, equipment drift, equipment operating status and container level changes, assistance in emergency handling and participation in government environmental protection supervision. The above measures have fully and reasonably utilized infrared imaging detection technology and ensured safe and stable production of the enterprise, which can serve as reference for peer companies.
