摘要: 对石化行业危险化学品泄漏事故应急响应策略的成效及其改良规划展开了探讨。危险化学品泄漏事故将给环境、健康以及社会经济带来影响,重点关注了应急响应策略的关键意义与现存问题,突出了完备应急响应策略的重要性,并给出了加强跨部门合作、增大科技投入、完善法律法规等具体提议,最后对研究中的局限性以及未来可能的研究方向进行了展望。

关键词: 危险化学品, 泄漏事故, 应急响应

Abstract: This paper focuses on the effectiveness and improvement plan of emergency response strategies for chemical leakage accidents in the petrochemical industry. Hazardous chemical leakage incidents pose multifaceted impacts on the environment, human health, and socioeconomic systems.? The focus is on the significance and existing issues of emergency response strategies, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive emergency response plans. The paper also presents specific recommendations including enhancing inter-departmental cooperation, increasing technological investment and improving legal regulations. Finally, it discusses the limitations of this study and potential future research directions.
