摘要: PID 控制系统广泛应用于各种流程工业中。简要介绍了 PID 控制系统基本原理及参数整定过程;然后基于 PIPENET 软件研究了简单管道定压控制系统中比例系数、积分系数等参数的确定过程,确定各参数基础值,为后续控制系统调试提供参考;并讨论了管道各参数的影响,为后续复杂流体管网系统 PID 参数整定提供参考。

Abstract: PID control systems are widely used in various process industries. This paper briefly presents the basic principles and parameter tuning process of PID control systems. Then, based on PIPENET software, the process of determining parameters such as proportional coefficient and integral coefficient in the constant pressure control system of simple pipelines was studied. And the basic values of each parameter were determined, which provided reference for subsequent control system debugging. The influence of various parameters of the pipeline was studied, providing reference for the PID parameter tuning of complex fluid pipeline network systems in the future.
