摘要: 从安全风险识别和安全风险控制措施制定两方面,对石油化工工程建设项目现场交通及人员在移动设备周边作业的安全风险管理要点进行了阐述,以境内某外资独资新建石油化工工程建设项目为例,对该项目现场交通及人员在移动设备周边作业的安全管理实践和经验进行了总结,并对未来国内石油化工工程建设项目交通及人机界面安全管理进行了展望。

Abstract: This paper elaborates on the key points of safety risk management for site traffic and working around mobile equipment in petrochemical engineering projects from two aspects: safety risk identification and safety risk control measures. Taking a wholly foreign-owned petrochemical engineering project in China as an example, this paper summaries the safety management practice and experience of site traffic and working around mobile equipment. Finally, the paper discusses the future prospects of traffic and human-machine interface safety management in domestic petrochemical engineering projects.
