蒸汽驱见效井调控对策研究

Research on Control Strategies for Steam Flooding Effective Wells

摘要: 蒸汽驱是超稠油区块后续接替开发的新方式,随着转驱时间逐渐延长,单井液量、温度、含水及伴生气组分产生新变化,严重影响了蒸汽驱开发效果。为进一步提高蒸汽驱开发效果,在加密资料录取的基础上,通过及时调整参数、优化泵深泵型、降低伴生气影响等工作,摸索出一条适合蒸汽驱油井的现场管理办法。该措施现场实施后,增油效果显著;同时伴生气系统的平稳,有效保障了蒸汽驱开发效果。

Abstract: Steam flooding is a new method for the subsequent development of ultra heavy oil blocks. With the gradual extension of the conversion time, new changes occur in the single well fluid volume, temperature, water content, and associated gas components. This seriously affects the effectiveness of steam flooding development. In order to further improve the development efficiency of steam flooding, a suitable on-site management method for steam flooding oil wells was explored through timely parameter adjustment, optimization of pump depth and type, and reduction of associated gas impact based on encrypted data acquisition. After the implementation of this measure on site, the effect of increasing oil production is significant; and the stability of the accompanying gas system effectively ensures the effects of steam flooding development.
