乙烯装置稀释蒸汽发生量降低原因分析及应对措施

Cause Analysis on Dilution Steam Decrease in Ethylene Plants and Countermeasures

摘要: 2020 年 2 月以来,中韩石化乙烯装置稀释蒸汽发生系统出现稀释蒸汽自产量下降现象。分析了稀释蒸汽产量下降原因,并提出应对措施。稀释蒸汽产量下降主要由急冷水乳化和急冷油稀释蒸汽发生器内漏所致。通过投用破乳剂以及改造稀释蒸汽发生器两大措施,提高了换热器换热效率,增加了稀释蒸汽的产量,减少了外补中压蒸汽用量。

Abstract: Since February 2020, the dilution steam production system of the ethylene plant in SINOPEC-SK (Wuhan) Petrochemical Company LTD. has experienced a decrease of dilution steam. This paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward the countermeasures. The decrease of dilution steam production is mainly caused by quenching water emulsification and internal leakage of dilution steam generator for quenching oil. By using the new demulsifier and modifying the dilution steam generator, heat exchange efficiency of heat exchangers was improved and dilution steam output was increased. The amount of medium pressure steam from external make-up was reduced.
