摘要: 某公司储运系统的冷减渣泵,介质减渣粘度大、固含量高、增加外冲洗系统难度大,所以减渣泵机封使用寿命普遍偏低。探讨通过分析和试验多种优化方案,最终确定将原来的单端面机械密封改为双端面干气密封,现场实际应用效果证明该技术能够有效地解决减渣泵机械密封经常泄漏的问题。

Abstract: The storage and transportation system of a company has several cold vacuum residuum pumps in which the medium is of high viscosity and high solid content, and it is difficult to increase the upper and outer flushing system. So the service life of the vacuum residuum pump machine seal is generally short. Through analyzing and testing a variety of optimization schemes, it is finally determined to change the original single mechanical seal into double dry gas seal. The practical application results show that the technology can solve the problem of frequent leakage of the mechanical seal of vacuum residuum pump effectively.
