预处理 +UF+NF 工艺处理非饮用生活水工程实践

Engineering Application of Pretreatment-UF-NF Process for Non-Drinking Domestic Water Treatment

摘要: 某非饮用生活水处理装置设计产水规模 150 m3/h,采用“预处理 +UF+NF”工艺技术,出水水质指标达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》( GB 5749-2006)要求。运行结果表明,常年平均出水 CODMn<2 mg/L,浊度为 0.1 NTU,色度 <5 度, TDS 为 275 mg/L,满足出水水质要求。文章介绍了装置的工艺流程、主要构筑物和设备的设计参数,并对装置运行情况及运行成本进行了总结,可供同类工程设计参考。

Abstract: The design capacity of certain non-drinking domestic water treatment equipment is 150 m3/h. The combined process of “pretreatment-ultrafiltration-nanofiltration (UF-NF)” is adopted and the effluent quality meets the requirements of Standards for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749-2006). The operation results show that the year-round average effluent CODMn is less than 2 mg/L; the turbidity is 0.1 NTU; the chromaticity is less than 5 degrees; the TDS is 275 mg/L, which completely meet the water quality requirement of the standards. This paper introduces the process flow of the device and the design parameters of the main structures and the equipment. It summarizes the operation of the device and the operating costs. This can provide reference for the design of similar projects.
